( EN / DE ) It is the time of the year when we should give ourselves more rest, but every year it looks different and everyone just has more stress than during the year.
Es ist die Zeit des Jahres, wo wir uns mehr Ruhe schenken sollten, aber alle Jahre wieder sieht es anders aus und jeder hat nur noch mehr Stress als unter dem Jahr.

So we decided that the "ecency discord weekly posting topic" #edtopic well deserves a few weeks break. In January it will be back with lots of good, unusual, funny, exciting, thought-provoking topics for you.
Daher haben wir beschlossen, dass das "ecency discord weekly posting topic" #edtopic ein paar Wochen Pausen wohl verdient hat. Im Januar wird es dann wieder mit vielen guten, ungewöhnlichen, lustigen, spannenden, nachdenklich stimmenden Themen für euch da sein.

Until Christmas I will choose one daily winner from the comments on my advents calendar post of the previous day. (8pm CET the next day after the posting day) The one comment that I love the most, that makes me smile, that was very interesting or whatever pleases a woman like me at that moment ;-)

Books! You had a book topic on the ecency discord and I didn't know because I haven't joined the discord yet because I'm a lazy person full of excuses. Drat!

My New Year's Promise is to join before New Year, so I can take part in all the fun shenanigans next year.

I just have to catch up with a few notifications first... haha

There is no need to join the ecency discord to participate on the weekly posting topic. It is free for everyone on chain, not only ecency users. Normaly every Monday comes a post with the new topic. Hm, okay but not now, because after roundabout 30 weeks of constant doing it, it really is time for a short brake.

You know discord... everyone who can uses the @ everyone tag, and 99% of the tags are irrelevant to you. But you still have to check them to figure that out... And if you go for a two-hour walk you'll have too many notifications to ever catch up with!

As I said in my first HPUD post, giveaways are good, but the there's more satisfaction in taking part in contests and winning something by effort. Haha, sounds like I plan to be best at everything next year, right? From a zero start? Even not winning, the effort is a big part of the fun!

Dankeschön, ja noch 11 Adventskalender Posts 😂 es ist schon eine challenge. Daher war das #edtopic im Moment auch zu viel, aber nach ca 30 Wochen Beständigkeit schadet eine Pause nichts.
