After climate change, new world wars and increasing disease, big changes in the world. The worst effect of Somalis are (i) droughts and little rain, (ii) shortage of food caused by the wars of Ukraine and Russia.

Many countries have learnt different lessons from these issues as there was a shortage of food. If we take an example for our neighboring country Ethiopia, they have created a food-sufficient policy after planting crops, becoming the most producing country in East and Central Africa (2.4 million tonnes, 2022). By 2023, they plan to answer the needs of other countries in Africa after covering theirs, and not managed by another hand.

So, why is the government of Somalia not creating a policy of productivity and reliability in our country every year?
