The Payen Pa 49 was a tiny experimental aircraft and the brainchild of aviation extraordinaire Roland Payen, who hoped it could become the first-ever delta-winged jet to be flown in France. Originally known as the Pa 49 Payen Delta Jet and later named ‘Katy’, the Pa 49 was essentially a scaled-down version of the Pa.48/3 Mars and was extremely small with a length of just 5.10 meters and a height of 2.50 meters. https://planehistoria.com/experimental/payen-pa-49/
