Is The Bear Market Over?
Do you remember when the crypto market entered the bearish season?
I sure don't... I guess there wasn't supposed to be a catalyst for that to happen and even if it was one I don't remember about it. I do know that I refused to see it as a bear market till like the mid of it.
Funny to see also are the folks who were bullish all the way down getting bearish right near the bottom especially lately during the first decent recovery rally.
There are plenty of crypto gurus who still think and preach about a potential $10k BTC, fellows with hundreds of thousands of followers. I'm not in that position, however, what I noticed lately is that this bear market has marked the first time BTC went down to as low as under its previous cycle ATH($20k in this case).
Looking at the all-time chart of BTC I'm seeing such a nice fat ass W bottom now that we have this rally which pushed BTC something like 35% up from where it was ranging for some good months. How long will BTC hold the line? I have no clue...
Some analysts on Twitter say that this is just the beginning and there's still much room for price growth but I'm not throwing any predictions anymore. I do believe however that the bear market is over. $15,500 is the lowest the bears could get and even if BTC dips below $20k again it will be short-lived.
I had quite a similar post a few days ago tackling the Wall Street cheat sheet psychology of the markets and some of the people's reactions to it was like it's impossible that we could be out of the bear market yet.
So perfect...
When the majority expects for the rally to fail and the bears to get resurrected it always happens the opposite. I might be wrong and this might be just a suckers rally but I stand by my guess, the bear market is over. What do you think?

I don't see the point in returning the price down / everyone who was late to buy is waiting for a correction to jump on this train. Manipulators don't need passengers.

I don't if it will go that high but $10k is not going to happen.
Let 's see - my forecast is that we will reach 30-32 thousand and adjust to 19-20 thousand .

Honestly have no idea. Definitely feels like the worst is behind us and bottom is in but I do believe we will get some really nasty shakeouts. First ones already screaming for new ATH this year makes me cautious.
Yeah, I hate these over-enthusiastic individuals as well.
I believe the bear is over unless something crazy happened in the market.

I remember getting my heart broken when the market crashed and became bloody, but I hope for a bullish market this year.
The worse is gone.
Not sure..... At least we should see a good uptrend before end of year. Best to just focus on fundamentals. Price is just hype. I like real use cases. Money will eventually follow. I just don't like to stress over price too much 😊

Hoping for more downside in order to grow my stake and do think the pain is not over as this bear cycle was too easy.
It wasn't easy at all. Quite similar to the 2017 one. It was probably easier for you due to your experience of getting through a previous bear market in crypto.
In my opinion it is too soon to assert anything. Personally, I wish the bear market was already over, but like everyone else, I couldn't currently say for sure beyond a reasonable doubt. The truth is that I think that at the current price level it is too early to say that the trend of Bitcoin is already bullish, but as I said, I fervently hope that it is true.
By simple logic, and due to the proximity of the next Bitcoin hard fork, it should be true that we are entering the bullish trend, but with Bitcoin, you never know, because it is characterized by being unpredictable; and according to numerous technical analysis indicators, there is extreme volatility in the market right now (higher than usual); So I think we should be cautious.
In any case, only time and the market will tell us exactly where the price and trend of Bitcoin is going exactly. Very good post. Regards.
