We're trying to get the money together to buy a small homestead here in Australia... tough call when everything has doubled in price over the last 3 years.

Well, real estate is going to crash... but i do not know if homestead places are going to go down.

I have my doubts about real estate crashing in Australia, they keep putting up the interest rates trying to slow the market, but it keeps speeding up.
