I am a thousand percent sure that we all know that Financial security can make people do anything, in fact, whatever it takes to secure that bag or salary that comes at the end of every month right, which is why or the major reason a lot of people who hate their jobs because of the stress, bad pay, insults from their bosses (in some terrible cases sexual harassment) but they would still do it anyways because at least they will get a reward for surfing and smiling in silence every day at the end of the month and they will keep on doing it on repeat even in some worst cases when it affects their health and well-being, once again just to secure the bag.

Honestly, this is not a shot to anyone neither am I coming for anyone, I am just stating facts as I see them. Now, I have had to sit down for hours upon hours listening to my friends complain about literally how much they hate their jobs, how the pay is not enough to do what they want with it, terrible bosses that are not understanding or care about their staff, and also how toxic their workplace is, the list goes on and on but still they won't quit or should I say can not quit because no matter how problematic and how they hate their job or jobs they can not still quit, in name of financial and job security.

I almost forget to add that some of them are in huge debt because their jobs owe them salaries so they had or have to borrow money from someone or money lenders for some extra fees or interest to be paid whenever their workplace decides to pay them, still even with their workplace owing them salaries and all the things I have listed above they still have to go to work from 9 am to 5 pm, five times a week or for some 6 to 7 times a week, I really do feel for them but I can't force them to quit or something because it is their decision to make.
