@chrisrice yes sure.

To answer your Question from Twitter. Right now, it takes a "Governance Threshold (minimum required to be locked to contribute as a node) 99,572.569 LARYNX" if your Node is in consensus (like 34 are) but does have less than that amount as stakes LARYNX (without delegation) it will not be a runner.

The reason is the following. If the Nodes would create a situation in which funds from the DEX are getting stolen - their collateral would be used to reimburse the victim. Therefore the sum of the required collateral has to be high enough to facilitate all the DEX operations, which creates a low limit, a minimum that is required by the node to have a stake. Since Delegations can't be collateralized, it has to be a pure stake. A node can be consensus with 1.000.000 LARINY as delegation, be in consensus while not "having a runner" due to the lack of own stake. That leads to reduced SPK rewards and no cut off of the transaction fees from the DEX.
